INSTRUCTIONS
Spray a small amount of primer on the skin so that the skin is not wet but almost dry. Apply and leave the stencil in place for 5-10 seconds. Remove your stencil and allow for it to dry completely (10-15 minutes). Check on a small area by wiping with your finger if the stencil is ready before tattooing.
