WARRANTY
All FK Irons machines come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
What could void my warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects, but not the following:
- If the machine shows signs of being dropped
- If ink or liquid has penetrated the electrical components
- If the machine has been tampered with
- If you’ve replaced any internal parts on your own
Can I service my machine outside of warranty?
Yes! Even if it’s been more than two years since you bought your machine, you can still send it in for servicing, and you’ll only need to pay for shipping to the Service Centre.
How long will servicing take?
The FK Irons Service Centres have a turnaround of up to 5 business days, plus return shipping, so you’ll have your machine back and ready to work in no time!
Can I buy replacement parts?
You sure can! Visit the FK Irons Replacement Page to look for the part you need. If it isn’t there, that means the part isn’t available for sale, and you’ll need to send your machine to the Service Centre for us to replace the part.
