RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Stixis Tattoo Supplies. Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend inspecting all products and verifying the accompanying invoice or receipt. If you discover any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

Right of Withdrawal for Online (Distance) Purchases

For purchases made online, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without providing a reason, according to Ν. 2251/1994. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period. The product must then be returned promptly.

Conditions for Acceptance of Returns / Refunds

A refund will be issued only if the following criteria are met:

  • The product is returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original, pristine condition.
  • All packaging, seals, plastic films, labels, and protective materials must be intact and unopened.
  • The item must be unused and must include all original components, such as accessories, spare parts, manuals, and any additional materials.

Please note that if the product has been opened (including breaking or removing any plastic film, seal, or packaging), or if it shows signs of use, it is not eligible for return or refund.

Inspection & Approval of Returned Items

All returned products undergo inspection upon arrival. Returns may be rejected if:

  • The item is not in pristine, unused, resaleable condition.
  • The original packaging is damaged or opened.
  • Accessories, spare parts, or documentation are missing.

We will notify you of the approval or denial of the return via one of the contact methods (email, phone number) provided in your original order.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the error was caused by our team. In cases of the incorrect fulfillment of your order by our team, we will cover any shipping cost for the return.

Exceptions

Under Ν. 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons if opened.

This includes certain categories of tattoo, PMU, and piercing supplies when the seal has been broken.

In-Store Purchases

According to Ν. 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal applies only to distance and off-premises contracts, such as:

  • Online purchases.
  • Phone orders.
  • Orders placed via email or messaging.

In-store purchases do NOT fall under the right of withdrawal. This means we are not legally obligated to accept returns or issue refunds for products bought physically in our store, unless the product is defective. However, we may offer an exchange at our discretion, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective.
