how to place an order

For the fastest and most efficient processing, we strongly recommend placing your order online.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • Local Delivery (Licensed Businesses Only): For licensed businesses (tattoo, PMU & piercing studios), we offer local delivery using our own transportation within Attiki.
  • Domestic Orders (Greece): All other domestic orders are delivered via third-party couriers. For large or heavy items such as studio furniture and equipment, customers within Greece may choose to ship via a transportation company, which often provides a lower shipping cost. This option will appear at checkout when eligible.
  • International Orders: All international orders are shipped with third-party couriers such as DHL.
    Both economy and express shipping options are available. Please note that destinations where road transport is not possible will be shipped by air only, making the economy option unavailable.

  • Local Delivery Within Attiki: Same day or next day
  • Greece: 2-5 business days
  • International: Express – 1 to 3 business days. Economy – approx. 7 days. All timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on courier workload, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The combined weight of the items
  • Shipping method
  • Delivery location

Depending on the final volume and weight, extra charges may apply. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Once a complete and accurate shipping address is entered, the checkout page will automatically display all available shipping options for your location, taking into account product type, weight, and delivery eligibility.
